Terms of use
The rules for using Entria Live as an organiser, helper, or website visitor.
Last updated 11 October 2026
These terms govern your use of Entria Live (“the service”), a product of Funasmedia Limited (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, paying for an event licence, or using the desk or website, you agree to them.
The service
Entria Live provides digital guest lists, check-in tools, ticketing, and related messaging features for social events and celebrations. Features depend on the type of event and the options you choose for each event workspace:
- Public events (free): paid or free tickets on a branded event page, an optional listing on the public Entria Live events page, guest desk check-in, and QR access cards.
- Private events (paid licence, priced by guest numbers): private guest lists and check-in, SMS invites, email e-invites with guest RSVP, and thank-you messages.
These terms apply to the UK site, Entria Live at uk.entria.live, which charges in Pounds (£). Entria Live also runs a separate site for Nigeria with its own terms.
Accounts
- To create an account you must tick the box agreeing to these terms and our Privacy policy. You can register with email and a password, or with your Google account.
- You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your organiser account and for helpers you invite.
- We may suspend accounts or events that abuse the service, break the law, or put guests or the platform at risk.
Event licences and payment
- Each private event workspace needs its own licence. Public events have no licence fee.
- SMS and email credits belong to the event they were bought for and are used as invites and thank-you messages are sent. Where your event allows, you can buy top-up credits.
- Fees are shown at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment provider.
- Where ticketing is enabled for an event, ticket payments are taken through Entria Live and Stripe. Guests pay the full ticket fee plus VAT. Entria Live retains a 10% service charge on the ticket fee; the remaining 90% of the ticket fee is paid to the organiser's payout account after the hold period. VAT is collected from the guest in addition to the ticket fee.
- Licences unlock organiser tools for that event. Refunds, if any, are handled case by case according to the circumstances and applicable law.
Your content and guest data
You retain responsibility for guest lists, messages, and other content you upload or send. You confirm you have a lawful basis to collect and use guest details for your event, and that your use of SMS or email complies with applicable rules and the expectations of recipients.
You grant us permission to host and process that data solely to provide Entria Live.
- Guest RSVP. On private events, e-invite emails include a personal link so each guest can reply “attending” or “not attending”. Replies are shown to you on your attendees page.
- Access cards. On public events, guests receive their access card (name, event details, QR code, and check-in code) as a PDF attached to their ticket or e-invite email.
Public event pages
When a public event is listed, its event page (event name, date, venue, pictures, and tickets) appears on the public Entria Live events page and may appear in search engines such as Google. You can remove the event from the listing in your event settings. Guest lists are never made public. You are responsible for making sure event details, ticket prices, and pictures are accurate and that you have the right to publish them.
Acceptable use
You must not use Entria Live to harass people, send spam, probe or attack systems, infringe others’ rights, or break UK, European, or other applicable law. See also our Code of conduct.
Availability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, connectivity, or third-party outages (including SMS or email providers) may affect parts of the service.
Intellectual property
Entria Live branding, design, and software remain ours or our licensors’. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service except as allowed by law.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided on a practical “as available” basis for event operations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Funasmedia Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or damages arising from event-day decisions, third-party networks, or data you or your helpers enter incorrectly. Our total liability for a claim relating to an event licence is limited to the fees paid for that licence in the three months before the claim.
Suspension and ending use
You may stop using Entria Live at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms are broken, payment fails, or we need to protect the platform. Suspended events may keep guest data so staff can restore access later.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
